In this article, I discuss the discovery of B-rex, a tyrannosaurus rex fossil found in the Hell Creek Formation in 2006. Within this specimen's leg bones, a reproductive tissue, medullary bone was discovered. By studying bones of female actively reproducing birds the connection to tyrannosaurus rex gender can be determined.
